Cuisine Queen Catering is the caterer of choice at the Whittlesea Golf Club. Our knowledge and expertise in the food industry ensures that your event will be a wonderful experience, with amazing food and service, together with wonderful views for you to enjoy as you dine. Our aim is to provide you with affordable and flexible food options from cocktail and buffet to sit down meals. Our venue can seat 140 guests or up to 300 standing. Finger Food Packages start at $10 per head

We cater to all budgets and will work with you in order to provide affordable options.  For $10 per head you may choose five items from the premium list below (excludes gourmet selection list).  Staff additional ($30 per hour – maximum 3 hours)

$35 per head – choice of two meats, one pasta dish, two vegetable dishes, four salads, one calamari choice (Panko crumbed or Salt & Pepper), bread rolls & butter, Tea & Coffee Station & Two mini desserts

Event Planning/Function Room Hire

We offer flexibility when it comes to the use of the function room.  You may choose to plan the whole event yourself and then organise a time with us to decorate the function room or we can do that for you.  Below is what we offer and the costing:

Hire of Function Room:        $150 (all occasions, except weddings)

                                                $500 – weddings

Set up fee:                               $40 per hour – if required

Linen:                                      $5 per tablecloth

                                                $.50 cents per cloth napkin

                                                $30 per length of table skirting (4.2m each)

Accessories:                            Wood Slices - $1

                                                Mason jars - $1

                                                Various rustic props – please ask us

                                                Round mirror table centrepieces - $1.50

                                                Tall glass vases - $1

Wedding hire:                          White “Americana” chairs - $5 each

                                                Chair covers & sashes - $3 per chair

                                                (The $3 cost includes the chair covers & sashes placed on

                                                 the chairs.  There is a pick up and delivery cost.  We will

                                                 advise of the cost at the time of booking)

Some of the above items are available for hire from the golf club or we hire them on your behalf through an event hire company.  There is no charge for us to organise the above items, but any further requests will fall into event planning and there will be a charge.  Please discuss with us and we would be only too happy to assist.
