We can cater for up to 140 guests for a buffet or up to 300 guests for a cocktail wedding.

Wedding Ceremony Area:           $500

 

-       30 white wedding chairs

-       Wedding arbor decorated (flowers not provided) *

-       Signing table

 

Buffet Reception:                       $69 per head includes:

 

-       Function Room Hire

-       Canapes on arrival (chef’s choice)

-       Buffet food choices as per buffet package

-       Chair covers & sashes

-       Linen tablecloths & napkins

-       Full table set up, including centrepieces (flowers not provided)*

-       Present table & cake table

-       All wait staff

-       Function co-ordinator for the day

-       Use of flat screen TVs for slide show & audio system

 

Cocktail Reception:                    $49 per head includes:

 

-       Function Room Hire

-       Choice of 6 items from the finger food menu OR

-       Grazing table + 4 items from the finger food menu

-       Tea & Coffee Station

-       Linen

-       Full room set up (flowers not provided)*

-       Present table & cake table

-       All wait staff

-       Function co-ordinator for the day

A minimum bar tab amount of $1000 required for weddings.

Your choice of wedding flowers will need to be provided for the table centrepiece's and the wedding arbor at your expense. We will happily arrange them for you, order and pick up also available.

We have our resident florist, Rebecca, who would be only too happy give you a quote for all your floristry needs, including bridal requirements.

 

Additional Costs:  Below is what will need to be discussed with our wedding co-ordinator.  Depending on your needs, you will be given a quote. Our wedding co-ordinator/stylist is included in the package cost for an initial one hour consultation upon payment and then a further one hour final consultation prior to the wedding. All other appointments with the wedding co-ordinator are at a fee of $40 per hour.
